To enjoy the benefits of db Interactive, follow the instructions shown on this page. Up until 31 March 2013, there’s one more reason to become a db Interactive Client: up until that date, Deutsche Bank is offering the service without any monthly charge. Clients holding db Componi, db Componi Online and db For Business, accounts will continue to receive the services free of charge even after said date.

Receiving the activation codes Numero titolare You will receive the number of your "Numero titolare" directly in the branch when you subscribe to the service. PIN Your PIN will be sent you via SMS on your mobile phone.     Activate the service         - with your activation codes, go to the login db interactive page; - type in the "Numero titolare" and the "PIN" you have received and click on "Conferma"; - choose the other security codes: client code (6 to 10 alfphanumeric characters), and your security question and answer.   Access db Interactive You are now ready to access db Interactive To access the service, return to  the “login” area of this site, if you are using Internet, or by calling (+39) 02/6995, if you are using the phone, enter “Numero titolare”, your “Client code” and your “PIN”. Now you can perform all information-related transactions. At the first login, you will be asked to choose your profile db Identity, that is the receive mode codes to validate the dispositive operations. You can choose between your physical device (db Token) and SMS on your mobile phone. The choice of SMS makes you able to operate immediatly. You receiving the db Token at the address indicated. To operate by db Token, you must activate it on the db Identity section.
