What is db Interactive? |

db Interactive is an on-line banking and trading service offered by Deutsche Bank which enables you to perform all banking and investment transactions via Internet, thanks to click db, or by telephone, thanks to call db. |

What is click db? |
 |
 |
Click db is a db Interactive service, which enables you to conduct transactions or receive information on your banking details (Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Funds and Sicav, Securities, Consumer Credit and Personal Loans, Insurance) directly via Internet. |

Can I subscribe to db Interactive even if I am not already a Deutsche Bank client? |

No. db Interactive is a service reserved to existing clients. To become a client of Deutsche Bank, visit a branch of the Deutsche Bank group. To find your nearest branch, consult the “DB addresses” page on the website http://www.deutsche-bank.it. |

Do I have to sign two separate contracts, one for click db and one for call db? |

No, you just need to sign a single contract to subscribe to the db Interactive service. Then you can choose whether to use call db (telephone) or click db (Internet). |

What is the “security question"? |
 |
 |
It consists of a “question and answer” which you must choose when you activate the service. It is a further security measure which will be requested in specific situations, for example to restore the service after it has been blocked for security reasons or where it is necessary to confirm your identity. The “security question” should easy to remember, to avoid having to write it down.
Example of "security question". Question: “What is your most memorable date?" Answer:"8 April 1947".

Where do I send the signed contract and relative appendices? |

Send the fully completed contract to the following address: Deutsche Bank S.p.A. - Back Office db Interactive - P.zza del Calendario, 3, 20126 Milan, or you can take it to your Deutsche Bank branch. |

How long does the contract last? |
 |
 |
The contract has not a set term. You have the right to withdraw at any time by sending a written notice to the bank by registered mail with return receipt, to the following address: Deutsche Bank S.p.A. - Back Office db Interactive - P.zza del Calendario, 3 20126 Milan. The bank undertakes to fully cancel the service as quickly as possible and in any event within five working days from the date on which it receives your letter. |
