• 1977: DB AG opens the first office in Italy
• 1986: DB acquires Banca d’America e d’Italia
• 1994: Banca d’America e d’Italia changes its name to Deutsche Bank and acquires Banca Popolare di Lecco
• 1995: Deutsche Bank acquires F&F
